UL Test
Report of (Enhanced) Category 5 Unshielded Patch Panels, 180 Degree IDC type
The following category 5 TIA/EIA/TSB40A UTP CONNECTING HARDWARE
test report is done by
an impartial and reliable third party testing laboratory-UL-Northbrook
EMC Group.
As you can see from
the test report that it was done by UL Northbrook
EMC Group USA on 25th May 1995,The Category 5E line
is draw according to TIA/EIA-568-A-5 Cat 5e Connecting
Hardware NEXT loss (Worst Pair-to-Pair) configuration
as show on the right-handed side. You
can therefore conclude that our PATCH PANELS were
already Enhanced Category 5 (Cat. 5E) Compliance
FOUR years ago.
Near End Crosstalk (NEXT)
is the most important parameter of determining whether
the connecting hardware is Enhanced Category 5(Cat.
5E) compliance or not.As you can see from the above
test report, our PATCH PANELS are not only Cat. 5E
compliance, but also providing you a lot of headroom
more than that of Cat. 5 and the headroom you need
to answer future networking demands today.
Category 5E recommended fornew installations expecting
to support Gigabit Ethernet 1000Base-T operation.
