MTT-1055

MTT-1055 is a multifunction operation net wire tester, I can test for rank sequence net wire one by one. It can exact determmine 10Base-T,10Base-2 Coaxila Cable, RJ45/RJ11 Telephone Line, 258A/TIA-568A/568B and Token Ring net wire etc.

    Operation

    ONLY USE MAIN ENGINE FOR LOOP TEST
    1. TEST RJ45 ETC. CABLE
    1-1. Will be tested net wire one end insert main engine RJ45 socket “send” socket (main engine on mark indicate placed). One end insert main engine the other RJ45 receive socket on

    1-2. Power switch placed “ON” situation

    1-3. Press off “AUTO/MANUAL” button, choice auto or manual scan model.

    1-4. When AUTO/MANUAL switch placed AUTO placed, then up line indicator lamp beginning as per sequence from left to right auto light up. If in (MANUAL) situation, then will be lighted up from up line number 1. (each press one time, move one lamp)

    1-5. With up line corresponding indicator lamp of down line the indicator lamp will light up same time.

    1-6. Read the display result form indicator lamp, it can got tested net wire the connect condition. (see test result skech map)

    TEST BNC COAXIL CABLE

    2-1. Configuration BNC/RJ45 transfer wire (MTT1055) separate insert two RJ45 socket, then will be tested two ends connect to transfer wire on, will BNC cable both head connect to transfer wire both ends.

    2 -2. The other steps please refer test RJ451.2-1.6 operation.

    Mark: 1) BNC wire the wick wire corresponding indicator lamp 1 read,
    B NC wire shield correspond indicator lamp 2 read, please refer picture 1.

    2) If likeness 10BASE-2 net wire-only 2 wires condition, we suggest that your use manual sacn model for test.

    REMOTE TEST

    1. Will cable onde insert main engine RJ45 “send” socket (whith /\ mark), another end insert remote terminator RJ45 “receive” socket.

      If net wire fixed on the wall or underground, only show up jack, then you can through use transfer wire or transfer head to settle
    2. The other test steps please refer 1.2 – 1.6
    3. Read test result from remote terminator on the indicator lamp, (then on main engine the down line indicator lamp doesn´t work)

    Mark: On remote terminator the indicator lamp shown result same main engine down line indicator lamp.

    Attention
    1. Please confirm your use in 9 volt battery (6F-22 type)

    2. If didn´t use tester for a long time, please take out battery.

    3. Please be sure battery enough, if battery voltage lower, indicator lamp will not clear, flash or doesn´t bright and influence test resukt.


    Warning

    Prohibit tester connect to with eletron wire on otherwise when hight voltage will damage tester.
